I have experience in affordable, market-rate, and senior living multifamily construction with a diverse background ranging from the pre-construction design phase and breaking ground to project closeout. My pre-construction experience includes permit plan set buildout in coordination with the Architect and Design Teams to successfully meet our building permit deadlines and to deliver CD sets to the construction teams. I also manage the electrical, low volt, exterior, and interior finish design.
