GENERAL LIABILITY, PREMISES LIABILITY, WORKERS\' COMPENSATION Leads and develops the Risk & Claims Specialist responsible for oversight of the TPA for Workers’ Compensation claims, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely resolution of claimsUnderstands claims management philosophies as outlined by the Director of Risk Management, ensuring claims investigation and reporting procedures are followed in a timely and accurate mannerTriages all General Liability incidents and conducts internal investigations prior to reporting to TPAContact Guests, as needed, to facilitate resolutionServes as primary point of contact for TPA, Carrier, and the Broker Claims ConsultantServes as primary point of contact for Theatre Operations - answers questions related to claim reporting processes, claim investigations and assists GM\'s with resolving incidentsParticipates in claim file reviews and audits to ensure efficiency of carrier/TPA claim managementReviews and approves reserve and settlement requests within designated authority limitsAnalyzes claim costs, makes recommendations to expedite closure with an appropriate action plan in collaboration with TPADevelops claim guidelines for all litigated and non-litigated files and sets long-term and short-term goals for TPASupports Risk Management with day-to-day requests, analyzing loss trend and strategy, ad-hoc reporting and other Risk and Safety related projectsManages the efficient resolution of all claims, and reviews claim trends regularly to identify opportunities for improvementLitigation ManagementAssists with gathering documents for and providing Discovery ResponsesManages the Risk Management Information Systems (RIMS) and assists with developing sophisticated reporting for the Theatre Operations and other departments within the CSCAttends trials and mediationsPrepares for and delivers annual performance reviews
