Management Office (PMO) onsite at a large telecom company using Fieldglass Responsibilities- Provide support over the entire life cycle of a contractor position, including assistance with the creation of job postings, candidate review/shortlist, interview scheduling, on-boarding tracking, off-boarding assistance and business-as-usual maintenance (including extensions, rate changes, manager/cost center transfers, etc)- Work with internal Sourcing and HR to maintain compliance with contingent worker hires regarding tenure, separation requirements, and rehire eligibility - Currently support approximately hundreds of contractors across in several territories nationwide - Typically have a workload of approximately 25- 100 Job Postings covering all aspects of the business (including, but not limited to, net engineering, IT, call center, and finance)- Work with a supply base of 50 + suppliers, including payrolling agencies - Create, alter and run reports using the Fieldglass tool for the customer and PMO team - Conduct phone conferences and in-person meetings with the customer and/or suppliers whenever necessary to discuss current hires, job posting process or compliance inquiries- Special Projects as needed
