For nearly two decades, Natalie has been a pillar at Absolute Production Services. Starting as a Production Assistant, Natalie has served at every level of event production during her time at Absolute. She is a well-rounded team player with a dedicated work ethic and extensive expertise in customer service. Natalie began her career in television production but quickly pivoted to live events. After a brief stint with the Jerry Springer show, she started as a Production Assistant with Absolute Production Services. Working her way up quickly to Production Coordinator and then Production Manager, Natalie’s drive for excellence and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. She then moved on to Senior Production Manager and then Vice President of Operations. From small business conferences to large scale festivals and sporting events, Natalie has seen and done it all in terms of event production. Her clients include everything from globally known brands to locally loved organizations and everything in between. Now, as the Vice President of Production, Natalie leads a team of dedicated and passionate production professionals ready for anything. Innovating through the financial crisis of 2008 and then a global pandemic in 2020, Absolute is prepared for whatever the future brings with Natalie at the helm. She leads with a relentless focus on the three cornerstones that define Absolute: people, process, and relationships.
