My responsibilities as a summer camp counselor for children between the ages of 3 to 14, was to make sure that campers were in a fun, safe, and enjoyable environment by implementing age-appropriate activities. I supervised daily schedules and promoted cooperative and social development. I kept in contact with the staff and parents to make sure every kid had a good day. In order to satisfy the various needs of campers, my job required flexibility, creativity, and strong leadership abilities.
