A casino service rep. is a call center agent. I work with guests over the phone in a very quick fast paced environment, sometimes taking over 100 calls a day. I assist mainly our high end high paying customers. With not only their room reservations but most of their travel needs as well. Which is a number of things such as, but not limited to, room reservations, dinner and or show reservations, limo pick up/dropoff. Even down to something as simple as directions. Keep in mind, I am booking for over 60 properties throughout the U.S. to which I have never been to these places so I\'ve had to do my research on each area to help the guest with that particular city or town. Sales is something I have learned while working for Caesars. Sometimes a guest is hesitant about paying for an upscale suite so, that\'s where my expertise come in. I make that sale! I ensure customer loyalty through exceptional client service and conflict resolution.
