   Leading great Central Learning Services team, delivering enablement programs for Sage colleagues, customers and partner consultants across the globe.Collaborate with other key functional leaders to ensure readiness of our service teams, and external readiness of our business partners for product releases. Expanding our learning services ecosystem through train-the-trainer, Certified trainer and Learning partner programs.Launched and manage training and consultant certification for global products, including Sage X3. Sharing and collaborating with many countries to improve and expand our ecosystem.Responsible for training revenue, managing training web site and LMS content, marketing efforts, leading an incredible high performing team, developing and transferring knowledge to our colleagues, partner consultants, and customers, increasing confidence and adoption of Sage solutions.
