Design and implement marketing campaigns and projects that promote U.S. Department of State-sponsored exchange programs (Kennedy-Lugar YES, FLEX, and CBYX)-Co-lead monthly webinars with a panel of speakers to increase understanding of other countries and Islam to encourage hosting priorities- Increase volunteer engagement through monthly educational and interactive webinars -Develop community partnerships and hosting placements through in-person meetings, phone calls, emails, and social media outreach -Organize a 150+ person advocacy day on Capitol Hill and volunteer/alumni engagement events -Provide marketing ideas to the Marketing Department to increase interest in hosting sponsored programs students-Conduct State Department-required monitoring visits with students and host families to ensure student safety and wellbeing-Process volunteer and host family reimbursement requests and manage financial spreadsheets to ensure requests are within budget
