working with our client base to give best service possible through our support desk- Functional Lead for a workstream within a large project – requirements gathering and reviewing business processes from customer to build an end to end waste management product. Identifying major points of change and recording these with the customer change management team- Ran workshops to gather requirements, then brought all requirements together in a Business Process document to share with external and internal stakeholders, work on system prototype with Customer and get sign off from both internal and external team- Translate these into User stories for developers, set priority of these stories within the wider project framework and keep team updated in order to ensure the correct number of story points- Use Agile methodology with both sprint and Kanban system within Jira to drive project forward and remove and address blockers where required, via daily stand ups with dev and QA team members, escalating any concerns in a timely manner- Work with QA team to ensure test scripts are written with final review and sign off according to user stories- SAP Business one support desk supporting customers with priority and non priority calls including query writing, crystal report, bi360 report design and both core SAP and add on support- Working with customers on projects outside of the support desk to review their systems and processes and suggest improvements within the framework of our existing product base- Building relationships with customers to understand their business and systems in order to better support their needs- Carry out and lead SAP Business One implementations and upgrade projects. Working with the team to get projects out on time - Broadened knowledge of waste industry processes and regulations through speaking with customers and undertaking site visits- Delivered end user training for SAP Business one core elements and add on specific functionality
