SARAID is a NGO classified Light USAR team, called on by the United Nations to provide “Search and Rescue Assistance in Disaster”. As a technician my role consists of operational support within the activation, mobilisation and demobilisation phases ads well as providing technical skills to assist in search and rescue to help save lives in devastating disasters around the world.
