In my role as a Sales Coordinator, I focus on enhancing our client relationships and supporting the dynamic sales and marketing efforts at our organization. I assist with coordinating client site inspections, familiarization tours, special event organization, and follow-up, new business development and lead generation. Along with having the opportunity to assist with coordination of arrival/welcome materials, production, errands, deliveries and related tasks, assist with registration of over 100 VCB executed events annually, assist with the development of annual Sales Plan as part of VCB\'s annual Marketing Plan. Assist with the annual VCB sales coop program, account/database management CRM, maintain relationships with Lee County hotel and vendor partners, data base entry management and other duties as assigned by Director of Sales and Deputy Director.
