Managed a annual operating budget and supervised the following capital projects in 2015/16: LSE Garage Fire Door Replacement Project,$2.8 million dollar Domestic Hot and Cold Water Riser Replacement Projects, Boiler Tube Replacement and Garage LED Lighting Upgrade
