I’m Natalie Demerson-Watkins, a transformational leader and founder of Anchored Life Academy and Anchored Life Foundation. My work is rooted in helping women navigate loss, transition, and disruption with clarity, dignity, and anchored purpose.I lead two distinct but aligned missions.Through Anchored Life Academy, I equip high-capacity women to rebuild identity, release guilt, and lead with clarity after grief, burnout, and major life transition. This work integrates emotional healing with practical, sustainable leadership—supporting women as they reclaim joy, confidence, and direction.Through Anchored Life Foundation, I steward nonprofit initiatives focused on miscarriage and infant loss, providing care, continuity, and long-term support for women and families navigating profound grief. The Foundation exists to ensure no one is left unsupported after the immediate moment of loss.With over two decades of experience in technology and systems engineering, I bring a framework-driven, execution-minded approach to every space I lead—whether designing healing programs, developing sustainable care systems, or speaking on leadership, resilience, and faith.This work is deeply personal, but it is not rooted in pain alone. It is grounded in what becomes possible when healing is integrated, leadership is anchored, and women are supported beyond survival.
