Business partnering with the Senior Leadership Team to identify and deliver employee development activities across the two Divisions in the UK, France and Italy. •Responsible for providing HR advice and support to a client group of approx. 400 employees based across three sites in the UK.•Providing support and coaching to line managers all areas of employee relations.•Working with the Function Heads across all 3 countries to understand the business challenges and any people issues that arise. •Engaging with the relevant HR functions to develop appropriate interventions and solutions taking into account cultural sensitivities. •Ensuring all HR calendar activities (e.g. Talent, Succession Planning, Promotions, Annual Salary Review) are delivered within timescales and to quality.•Providing implementation and support to change programmes and initiatives.
