I’m an Enneagram 3 (The Achiever) with a 2 wing (The Helper)—a mix of ambition and a deep desire to help others reach their potential. I’m naturally driven to hit goals and do things with excellence, but I also thrive when I’m helping others succeed along the way. Along the way, I learned how to create systems that make complex operations run smoothly and how to drive results, whether through optimizing team collaboration or finding new ways to streamline processes. Working with executives at startups and Fortune 100 companies taught me firsthand how tough it can be to juggle growing business demands with operational chaos, and that’s exactly why I started SmartStart—to give entrepreneurs the high-level support they need without the overhead of full-time hires.What excites me most about SmartStart is the opportunity to help entrepreneurs not just survive but thrive during the growth phase.
