If I rewind a bit, I knew that helping folks transition into new environments was where I wanted to be as soon as I got involved in onboarding. There was no better feeling than making someone feel welcomed and like they belonged in that new space. Fast forward a few years, and I found my passion for learning and development though my previous roles working in Higher Education. Through the trainings and workshops that I facilitated, as well as my own professional development, I became obsessed with the idea that learning doesn\'t have to only happen in a classroom, and more importantly, that it is never too late to learn something new.Hit pause on where I am now, and you\'ll see I am currently working as a Talent Development Program Manager where I get to combine my two passions: making employees feel at home and helping them learn and grow.
