ABOUT NATALIE BOODRAM

Natalie Boodram is a Registered Professional Planner (RPP), a Full Member of the Canadian Institute of Planners (MCIP), and a Project Management Professional (PMP). She is qualified before the Ontario Land Tribunal (OLT) to provide Land Use Planning evidence. Additionally, Natalie is leading WSP’s Land Development & Master Planning Centre of Excellence in Eastern Canada. Natalie’s areas of expertise are land use planning and development approval, planning policy analysis, and project management. In Natalie’s 20 years of experience, she has obtained planning approvals for various land development projects and managed various multidisciplinary teams. These land development projects include: master plan communities and subdivisions; high, medium-rise, and ground-related residential; mixed use; infill development; industrial, commercial, and institutional site plans; telecommunications; rail; and transit. Natalie’s involvement includes providing planning advice, planning due diligence, planning approval applications, planning justification reports and opinion letters, coordination with the public sector and respective agencies, public consultations, and representation at Statutory Public Meetings, Committees of Adjustment and Council, as well as obtaining planning approvals and permits, and supporting clients at the Ontario Land Tribunal.Natalie is part of the team comprising 4Transit, a joint venture of land development and engineering consulting firms providing technical advisory services to Metrolinx. She also provides land use planning advice to Infrastructure Ontario and the Ministry of Infrastructure.
