Purchased a 120 acre historic mining town in between Telluride and Moab originally named Vancorum. After obtaining the entitlements I formed a partnership with One Architects to create a mixed use camping, glamping and arts based hotel. We raised the money, redeveloped, branded and built a new community along with an arts non-profit WEarts. CampV is a boutique camp that combines art, history, architecture, design, outdoor recreation and unique spaces to bring together rural communities and inspire connections.
