ABOUT NATALIE BAYES
I work in the Property team to deliver projects across our Estate, rolling out new equipment, trials, proactively working to look after our restaraurants. My role is diverse and adaptive to how I can best support yearly projects and new initiatives. I work alongside our Regional Property Managers to support our wider agenda. Previously I worked in the L&D team as a Project Lead to support running 14 brilliant shifts by supporting our Learning Pathways for our restaurant managers. I was also an accomplished general Manager with extensive experience, target driven with demonstrated history of leading successful teams. Attained partnership for performance and behaviours in Nando’s, an authentic leader. Skilled in coaching, people management, recruitment, team building, running a profitable business, sales driving and creating a fantastic customer experience. Highly organised and a critical thinker, with knowledge that in current climate innovative solutions are essential to success.
