Nothing excites me more than the challenge of turning around an under-performing team, or transforming a business function, or delivering a project against the odds. My priority is people – whether it be senior leaders, employees, customers, contractors, vendors, government bodies or regulators, they are all connected in some way … that is they can make an initiative successful or not. Implements using governance and project management methodologies. • Assesses organizational culture using diagnostic tools and behavioral observation frameworks to design Organizational Change Management (OCM) frameworks and drive change. • Leads multi-industry/discipline portfolio of projects and programs spanning technology, safety, training, HR, process re-engineering and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). • Develops multi-cultural and high-performing teams; known for identifying and mentoring hidden talent through employee rotation initiatives. • Designs and facilitates workshops for team building, problem solving, strategy design and program/project events.
