Business Analysis & Process Improvement: • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for new and existing systems. • Conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities for process optimization and automation. • Translate business needs into technical specifications and work closely with developers or vendors to implement solutions. • Support the design, testing, and rollout of system enhancements and new applications. • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and training sessions to gather feedback and improve adoption.Application Support & Maintenance: • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for enterprise applications, including troubleshooting, user support, and issue escalation. • Monitor application performance and coordinate updates, patches, and upgrades in collaboration with vendors or internal IT teams. • Manage application user accounts, permissions, and access control. • Maintain application documentation, including user guides, knowledge base articles, and configuration records. • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across integrated systems.Project Support & Coordination: • Assist in planning and implementing IT projects involving new systems, migrations, or integrations. • Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), change management, and post-deployment support. • Track project progress, report issues or risks, and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
