ABOUT NATALIE AGUILAR
Staff Associate for Young Life in Western Prince William looks like serving as a full-time ministry leader. My role focuses on relational outreach, discipleship, and leadership development, especially among middle school, high school, and sometimes our college aged leaders.My job is building genuine relationships with students, often by spending time where they are (schools, games, coffee shops)- Leading Young Life Clubs & Campaigners: Organizing weekly club gatherings (fun, inclusive events) and small group Bible studies- Mentoring Volunteers: Recruiting, training, and shepherding volunteer leaders- Spiritual Formation: Growing personally in faith and helping others do the same- Fundraising: Raising part or all of your salary through donor support- Camping Ministry: Planning and leading trips to Young Life camps, which are a core part of the experience.In essence, it’s a front-lines ministry role that combines mentorship, outreach, leadership, and deep spiritual investment in the lives of young people.
