Instructional - My teaching experience has been formal and informal with diverse students, parents, faculty professional development for K-12 and higher education. Texas certifications in SPED EC-12, Speech 7-12, and Core EC-6. Programmatic responsibilities included building wraparound programs and services for racially, culturally and educationally diverse (Specialized Services) student and special interest community groups through, Grace Productions Academy (GPA).Admissions- Undergraduate and graduate enrollments exceeded goals through creative relational outreach events and social media efforts. My management experience includes interviewing, onboarding, training, coaching and managing a team of 100 employees and volunteers.
