About Natalia Stepien
I am looking to network with the goal of career development and future experiences in mind. Currently I\'m a senior with a Finance major at the Farmer School of Business. I take my academics very seriously and have found many new interests while at Miami. I am a very motivated student and am excited to continue exploring all the opportunities that Miami offers. Outside of my education I take interest in looking for ways to get involved and step out of my comfort zone. I enjoy exploring and learning from others while expanding my networking. I am able to adapt to change and demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills (while also being bilingual in the Polish language). I have proficient skills with MS Office and coding (Python/SQL). I am very team-oriented and enjoy being part of collaborative work. On campus, I am currently involved as an active member in Alpha Kappa Psi professional business fraternity, Gamma Chi chapter. As well as an active member in Gamma Phi Beta sorority, Beta Epsilon chapter. Within the Panhellenic Association, I hold a position as the Vice President of Finance. As a very hard-working and driven individual, I pride myself on my time management skills, analytical skills, and oral/written communication skills.
