   The Director of Donor Engagement provides strategic leadership for the Foundation’s donor engagement strategy and provides font-line stewardship to donor-advised funds (DAFs) and corporate-advised funds, positioning the Foundation as a trusted, reputable partner for achieving partners’ philanthropic goals. I foster strong relationships with DAF and corporate fundholders, supporting the administrative, logistical, and philanthropic needs of the fund to ensure an active and engaged constituency. This position is responsible for coordinating with the Director of Community Engagement to create strategic engagement activities, funding campaigns, and opportunities to strengthen the relationship between DAF funders and the non-profit community. I supervise two direct reports and manage the donor engagement strategy across teams to provide individualized support to all DAFs under the Foundation’s direction, creating an atmosphere of attentive care and premium customer service for all stakeholders.
