With three decades of experience in information technology, my journey has been shaped by diverse international experiences, contributing to my growth both professionally and personally. In my current capacity as the Global Chief Cybersecurity Officer at Siemens, I am fortunate to work alongside a dedicated team of over 1,300 cybersecurity experts. My responsibilities span safeguarding infrastructure, products, solutions, and services, while also facilitating cybersecurity services for Siemens customers. Since 2023, I have had the honor of serving as the Chairwoman of the Charter of Trust. I am now a proud member, continuing to drive collaboration and innovation in cybersecurity. Reflecting on my experiences as a woman in technology, I genuinely appreciate the value of diversity - recognizing it as the inclusion and collaboration of different perspectives, backgrounds, and experiences. Alongside my cybersecurity responsibilities, I also serve as Siemens\' Chief Diversity, Inclusion & Equity Officer.
