We provide client-focused staffing solutions that include precise recruiting, rigorous screening and technical assessment, and relationship management.Responsibilities- Perform a full cycle recruiting process that results in presenting ready-to-submit candidates (American market):• Source candidates through a variety of methods created attractive job descriptions and personalized emails to each candidate• Interview candidates at various stages of the process, including Recruiting Phone Screen and Technical Phone Screen• Present candidates with the information about the position and the client as well as deliver candidate’s questions/preferences to the Account Executive• Proofread and format the resumes of the candidates- Work closely with recruiters and researchers. Conduct team meetings, mentor and coach team members- Follow up with candidates presented by Jr. recruiters/researchers, conduct final interviews/negotiations- Work closely with Account Manager and Recruitment Team manager on individual occasional tasks, special assignments, particular accounts/clients- Participate in the interview, hiring and mentoring process of new Jr. Recruiters and researchers
