I work at Newcomer Women’s Services Toronto, an organization dedicated to supporting immigrant and refugee women by providing resources, programs, and advocacy to help them integrate, thrive, and empower themselves in their new community.As an Intake Coordinator for the Sister2Sister program at Newcomer Women\'s Services Toronto, I facilitated the onboarding process for newcomer immigrant and refugee women. I assessed their needs, guided them through program activities, and connected them with vital community services, empowering them through leadership training and self-advocacy.
