As part of the Webex webapp engineering team- I lead a team of engineers on a key effort to make our web application accessible to users with different sensorial capabilities, following WCAG Web Content Accessibility Guidelines and W3C Web Accessibility Initiative- I build React JS components to build features in Webex web application (web.webex.com), allowing thousands of people daily to have a smooth hybrid collaboration experience in their browser- I work closely with Momentum (Cisco Collaboration Design System) team to build React components as well as exporting their assets and design tokens into Github using in-house Figma plugins- I work together with backend teams to consume data from various micro-services using RESTful APIs and WebSockets- I am responsible of writing unit tests in Jest, End to End tests in Playwright and implementing behavioral metrics.
