Human Resources & Operations Director @Land Stewardship Project
Weaver of all things internal infrastructure including support for a staff of 30 including overseeing the bodies of work which include People Operations (HR), Technology, Facilities, and general organizational health through an equitable and inclusive lens. LSP\'s workers are unionized with OPEIU Local 12 and as management I welcome the continued work with the Land Stewardship Workers. In turn, we will hopefully build a more just and fair workplace for all. I seek to improve and streamline systems for all of our staff, collecting input and striving for consensus building where possible. I manage a team of Operations Specialists who are integral to building a healthy team which in turns helps our whole organization and the mission, vision and values of LSP and LSAmove forward.
