   DNS/Traffic Manager: initiated and led radical transformation of DNS services - from no SLA dozens of internal disparate IT systems to a 100% SLA publicly facing modern Internet scale unified set of services capable of satisfying all of Azure and Microsoft DNS needs. DNS in Azure is a dialtone lights-on super service responsible for routing of nearly every connection, incl. public/ vnet/host/DC level DNS resolution; hosting some of the largest zones on the planet (Office, XTOR). During COVID DNS consumption grew 10x seamlessly, improved traffic routing for MSTeams nearly eradicating cross-Atlantic traffic, improving latencies 2x.Networking Control Plane: built IaaSv2 n/w service to become one of the largest Resource Providers scaling to dozens of B+ API req/week at sustainable COGS without having a single Sev1 in 5 yrs. In close tandem with Compute enabled VMSS as a primary Azure Compute offering. In the prior semester focus on VM deployment perf brought 10x improvements at 4 9s. Network Monitoring: shipped self-service n/w monitoring, diagnostics and analytics NetWatcher service with a pizza sized team in under a year, grew from 0 to 25K (and 295 Fortune 500) customers. Network Billing: Approached billing As a Service and within 9 months achieve accurate, compliant reached ~40% revenue increase on 25 n/w services and 3K scenarios.Insights\\Quality: Jump-started data driven analysis of true customer EX. Introduced SLA/SLO measurement pipelines, which led to improvements in CP SLA in 1-2 9s across CP services. Onboarded dozens of services to new Auto-triage\\RCA service leading to a major reduction in TTE,# of hops and TTM. Telemetry: New BI Spark-based pipeline addressing 18% lossiness, also making data interpretable in near real time. Curbed IP fraud, released 100K+ of PublicIPs back to pool for reuse in time for COVID along with $40M savings. Started enabling ML-driven business insights around growth and retention.
