ABOUT NATALIA TOURBINA

Throughout my career, I’ve designed and facilitated over 100 workshops for C-suite executives, led multi-million dollar projects, and built an Innovation and Digital Hub from the ground up. My journey began at Deloitte, where I worked across sectors like aeronautics, energy, and transportation, learning to adapt quickly and think strategically alongside high-level executives. My experience at the Deloitte Greenhouse further sharpened my innovation management expertise and communication skills, where I facilitated workshops focused on digital and innovation strategy for C-suite executives. This foundation paved the way for my role at CHUM, where I led significant projects, including a multi-million dollar system implementation and pioneering telehealth initiatives during the COVID-19 pandemic, showcasing my ability to navigate and lead through complex, high-stakes environments. At the CCSMTL, I have built the Innovation and Digital Hub from scratch. My team and I have launched transversal and strategic initiatives like the Innovation and Digital Transformation Academy, the Eye of the Tiger intrapreneurial acceleraror, and an innovation labs offering, all aimed at fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration, and facilitating digital transformation. This role involves not only building the department from the ground up but also strategically shaping our organization\'s innovation and digital transformation journey. A pivotal aspect of my leadership involves not just managing, but inspiring and co-creating with my team and all collaborators, harnessing collective creativity to realize our shared vision. Along the way, I contribute by speaking at conferences - covering topics such as questionning orthodoxies and normalizing failure; organizing large-scale events - such as a conference about digital innovations as well as liaising with government bodies.
