As the Wellbeing Lead for MUSC’s College of Dental Medicine, I collaborate closely with college and institutional leadership and the Center for Workplace Wellbeing (CWW) to develop and implement initiatives that foster a culture of wellness, resilience, and psychological safety across our academic and clinical environments. My role includes designing programming focused on mental health, work-life integration, and professional fulfillment for faculty, staff, residents, post-docs and staff. From curriculum integration and policy development to leading events and peer support systems, I’m committed to creating a sustainable foundation for wellbeing within the MUSC community.
