About Natalia Sloma
I am a 6th-year, P4 PharmD student at Northeastern University in Boston, MA, originally from Long Island, NY. I graduated in 2020 from St. Anthony\'s High School, a Catholic private school, in the top 10% of my class with honors in Music and Math. I am currently a full-time student at Northeastern University in the 6-year Early Assurance PharmD Program as an aspiring Doctor of Pharmacy (anticipated May 2026) and received my Bachelor\'s in Pharmacy Studies in May 2025.I am currently in my year of clinical rotations, know as Advanced Pharmacy Practice Experiences (APPEs). I am in pursuit of a PGY-1 Residency Program with long-term goals of completing a PGY-2 in Ambulatory Care, obtaining bilingual healthcare provider certification (Spanish), and becoming a preceptor and educator. My clinical interests include chronic disease management, primary care, weight management & metabolic disorders, diabetes management & endocrinology, hepatology, cardiovascular health, transitions of care, patient advocacy and equity, and serving underserved populations.

As a Fuse Campus Representative, I helped plan and execute Northeastern\'s fall 2022 Montreal trip, the largest student-run trip in Northeastern history, as well as our spring 2023 trip to Punta Cana. I post regularly on social media platforms to market the trip to fellow students, answer questions & concerns for my buyers in a timely manner and communicate regularly via text & phone call with the head manager of the trip at Fuse Technologies.
