ABOUT NATALIA SALAZAR

As a Senior Associate Auditor at PwC Ecuador, I lead audit teams in various industrial segments, such as mining, financial service, food production, and nonprofit organizations. I develop strong relationships with clients through consistent communication and excellent service delivery. I also leverage my skills in MS Office, Power BI, and Alteryx to process and report data for decision-making and financial reporting. I am passionate about career and business strategy, and I am committed to continuous learning and adapting to new industries. I am currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the University of Canada West, where I am enhancing my knowledge and competencies in management, leadership, and innovation. I also hold a diploma in Forensic Accounting from Universitaria de Cataluña, which complements my regulatory compliance expertise and enables me to anticipate and address challenges proactively. I am fluent in Spanish and English, and I value cultural diversity and social impact. I volunteer with the Red Cross in my free time, collaborating on projects to create meaningful change.
