ABOUT NATALIA PACHOTE
As a recent graduate from Pepperdine University\'s M.A. in Clinical Psychology Program, I am embarking on the next phase in my journey toward licensure in Marriage and Family Therapy and Professional Clinical Counseling. There is no \'one size fits all\' in therapy; I honor the unique lived experiences, perspectives, and nuanced ways of being through an eclectic approach to psychotherapy. A core philosophy of mine holistically centers the person as opposed to traditional illness/medical models. I am a believer in the MIND-BODY connection and plan to take a HOLISTIC, PREVENTATIVE, and INTEGRATIVE treatment approach combining Cognitive-Behavioral, Systemic, and Social Constructionist (among others) theories and Fitness and Nutrition principles, to bridge the gap between these distinct wellness modalities. I am currently pursuing Personal Training and Nutrition Coaching Certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and foresee myself working with individuals, couples, and families alike to educate, heal, and empower them to lead long and healthy lives!
