I joined the Argentina and Mexico Teams to support them in terms of the financial process in the lack of a CFO. I developed along with HHRR Regional Director a system for Latin America which centralizes all staff details such as payroll, bonuses, hires, severance, etc. I implemented the attrition forecasting model for Latin America. I created the Overhead allocation model for Latin America.
