After completing The Great World Race 2025, seven marathons on seven continents in seven consecutive days, and becoming one of only 83 U.S. women to enter the 7 Continents Marathon Club, I gained firsthand insight into how humans break, adapt, and rebuild capacity in extreme conditions, the same dynamics individuals, teams, and organizations face in high-stakes environments.My experience goes beyond athletic achievement. It serves as a real-world laboratory for sustained performance, strategic recovery, mental resilience, and adaptive decision-making.
