ABOUT NATALIA KASZPER
Everyone has experienced this gut feeling when you are at the wrong place at the wrong time. Like you don\'t belong here, and you have to do something with your life to change it. Start doing something meaningful to make a change in this world as you are sick of the broken system and unfairness around you. So did I. I took the decision to take a leap of faith and packed my belongings into one suitcase. I followed my heart by moving to the United Kingdom in 2014 with only hope for the brighter future in my heart and few pennies in my pocket. For the most of my life, I felt lost. Living day by day without any direction with limited options available to me due to my name, my neurodivergent side or background. And then I was given opportunity within variousof HR roles. This was my life-changing event which helped me to discover my purpose and career path where I can make an impactful change in the world and people. My profound commitment lies in social values, diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunities for all.Throughout my career, I\'ve been on a mission to break down barriers and promote diversity and inclusion initiatives that empower individuals from all walks of life. As a proud representative of the LGBTQ+ and neurodiverse communities, I bring a unique perspective to my work, championing the rights and voices of underrepresented groups and advocating for their inclusion in every aspect of organisational culture.I am constantly inspired by the potential of diversity and inclusion to transform workplaces and communities for the better future. I am excited about the opportunity to collaborate with like-minded individuals and organisations who share my vision of creating a more equitable and inclusive world. In the world where you can be anything, be kind.Let\'s connect and embark on this journey together!🤞
