To build the technical capacity of young women within the existing YouthMappers network. ESM Regional Ambassadors will guide existing chapters in creating inclusive mapping communities by providing technical training, gender inclusivity, and equity training, and supporting mapping efforts to add map features and attributes relevant to women’s needs.
