ABOUT NATALIA ARGUTINA
I call myself a Growth Mindset Enthusiast. Even my high school English teacher still says I’ve always been hungry for learning, and that’s taken me far, literally and figuratively. I spent most of my professional life so far in the role of a teacher, outside of the realm of corporations. Now, I’ve just recently discovered that the job I was doing translates into “project manager” when I step outside of the classroom and enter the IT industry. Being a long-term admirer of the dynamic, goal-oriented and solutions-focused tech sphere, I have decided this year to take a leap and transfer my skills into this new dimension. In the past few months, I have immersed myself in learning Java, solidifying my knowledge about project management methodologies and tools, and learning new ways to apply the skills I’ve been building. My strengths: Project planning and keeping track of records – right up my alley. 🤝 Cross-functional team collaboration is not even my skill, it’s the environment I thrive in. 🤓 Enjoy breaking complex dilemmas into easy-to-understand tasks, with attention to details.
