Lead the GTM department, with responsibility for resourcing, team structure, and cost planning — deciding who works on what, how jobs are staffed, and ensuring profitability. Partner with the executive leadership on forecasting, revenue, and budget decisions- Guide the strategic direction of GTM offerings — including Program Build, Governance Playbooks, and Value Realization — creating new revenue streams and creating scalable models for client growth- Partner with senior client stakeholders to design Challenger-led campaigns, governance frameworks, and multi-channel activation strategies- Define KPIs and build real-time dashboards for pipeline velocity, campaign ROI, and penetration reporting to enable executive decision-making.
