My days involve helping teams implement both manual and automated testing tools, showing them how to slash test creation time with aqua\'s AI assistant, and setting up defect tracking that actually makes sense. I love seeing the lightbulb moment when clients use our Kanban boards and reporting tools for the first time! Most rewarding part of my job is watching customers achieve complete test coverage while reducing critical defects and saving their teams valuable time. Building lasting relationships as customers grow their QA capabilities.
