Haematoxicity is amongst the most common adverse events in the oncology space, and early prediction of haematological risk is critical to improving drug development and patient safety. With that in mind, our Oncology Safety Combinations team delivers impactful haematological assessments to inform pre-clinical projects and clinical trial design by integrating bone marrow microphysiological system (BM MPS) data with our quantitative systems toxicology (QST) modelling framework in order to predict tolerability of select dosages, drug combinations, and clinical schedules in patients.
