About Nathan Anderson
From an educational background in business administration to real-world professional experience in retail management, education, B2B sales, and both customer service management and operations experience in the SaaS field, my professional career has been thematically focused on enablement and process refinement. Taking complex business problems and distilling them down into simple workflows that change the way people work, as well as having the privilege of teaching folks those new processes and skillsets are the things that motivate me in the work that I do as an Associate Program Manager on the Support Content Operations team at Airtable.Airtable itself is a tool that unlocks so many doors, and using it alongside tools like Zapier and Make, as well as technical skills in Javascript, APIs, and SQL; has allowed me to build out a number of high-impact business processes. These include a product feedback reporting system integrating Salesforce and Airtable; a KCS tracking and analytics system integrating Guru, Salesforce, and Airtable; and an internationalization integration between Document360, Airtable, and XTM. The time I\'ve spent in SaaS has been a time of collaboration and growth, and I\'m excited to continue this trajectory. Here\'s to the future!
