   I\'m able to use my knowledge base to successfully guide students and families through the college admission search and application process by using a research-based, data-driven approach. I am also responsible for assisting in the the hiring and training process for new admissions counselors at IvyWise,LLC.I also consult with independent school college counselors about how they can strengthen their school college counseling programs, diversity programing, and on other independent school matters. My experience working with students from some of the strongest, and most-visible independent schools in the world allows me to see the strengths and blind spots of various school college counseling programs.I have extensive experience helping higher education institutions improve on issues surrounding enrollment management such as recruitment, retention, marketing and planning.I have also been a frequent presenter at community based organizations. My presentation, Case Studies 2.0, has been featured at dozens of independent, public, and charter schools across the country over the last few years, and continues to revolutionize the way that college counseling is approached.
