About Nat Bernstein
I worked for Sealy since 1982, first as a consultant, then full time starting in 1989, in the areas of training and personnel development. Having developed the sales training function for the company, I have taken Sealy\'s University of Sleep programs \'on-line\' for both company employees as well as those of our dealers. Throughout my career at Sealy, I have developed selling concepts such as Comfort Selling, which have become industry standards. Other programs such as \'Point Of No Returns\' have been adopted by retailers around the country. Specialties: Development of sales training programs for both wholesale and retail partners. Creating sales training videos. Educating and motivating others through oral presentations. Analyzing retail environments and making specific recommendations relating to merchandising, training and advertising.
