As a Launch Success Coach at Treehouse, I work one-on-one with young people who have experienced foster care as they navigate the transition to adulthood. I primarily support my clients with postsecondary education and career planning as well as resource navigation. I am passionate about meeting each young person on my caseload where they are and providing individualized support based on their goals and needs.
