ABOUT NASTASIA HEITZER

I always like to try new things, adapt into new situation, get to know new people and rise to as well as master new challenges! But when it comes to my future working places I already found a few fields which interest me a lot: Media, Marketing, PR, Event Management and especially Business Development. It is looking into the past to understand what didn\'t went well, it is working with the present situations and mostly analyzing what\'s coming and will be successful in the future. It creates a great, detailed and diverse overview with various perspectives which need to be thought through and judged. All of this is multifaceted like myself. From my point of view the most important aspects about a great work place are possibilities to keep learning and growing, to see different things and get into new situations and themes, get to know new, inspiring and nice people as well as the ability to see various units (also abroad). However, who am I? I am a very friendly, open-minded, motivated and optimistic person who always cares about others more than herself. I love to help other people and to find solutions for every kind of problems (personal, educational, financial, etc.). I can easily adapt into new situations and groups of people. Additionally I am fast in learning new processes and I am also able to fulfill them quickly. I am an organized, responsible and motivated person who mostly finds the right words to describe situations and gets through problems or projects step by step with a successful plan. I love to drive forward with exchanging information throughout units and teams, because I am convinced that a lot of potential is missed when people are just working for themselves and never exchange information. Nevertheless I still think that everyone needs time slots to be silent and work assiduously and explicit for oneself. I like to research, write and talk about different themes. Besides I also love to present them. No matter how many people I have no problem talking in front of them. In my free time I love to do different sports (e.g. yoga, pilates, tennis and diving) and travel - Getting to know new people, getting to know them and various cultures helps to further develop ones personality and personal horizon. I also have a great passion for DIY, singing, great books, acting and dancing. I love to spend time with my family, friends and dog.
