Hi! My name is Nastasia Golembusch and I am a Media Studies major at UC Berkeley with a concentration in Digital Media, minoring in Public Policy.As a Media Studies major at UC Berkeley, I’m deeply interested in how media, technology, and culture intersect to shape communication, storytelling, and community building in the digital age. My academic journey began at community college, where I gained a strong appreciation for accessible education and became passionate about student advocacy. Since transferring, I’ve focused on exploring the rapidly evolving world of digital and social media entertainment—from influencer culture and branding to platform algorithms and audience engagement. I\'m especially drawn to the ways media can influence identity and consumer behavior, which has inspired me to pursue a career in public relations or digital marketing, particularly within the beauty or tech industries. I’m excited by the potential to combine creative storytelling with strategic communication to help brands connect meaningfully with their audiences.I’ve also gained hands-on experience through previous work within media and communications, where I’ve contributed to content strategy, social media campaigns, and audience engagement.
